Xbox One. Heres why. Microsoft is dedicated to going digital you can connect your everything to xbox whether its youtube netflix or even TV. Xbox live is more realiable than the psn because it has never been shut down and has great matchmaking skills. It will take sony years to catch up to there advanced online system. The xbox also has the amazingly advanced kinect which is so smart it can track your every move. And with me being a racing gamer i will not buy a Ps4 based on its ridiculous lack of good racing games like forza. One other reason is you get content like dlc first on xbox versus waiting a few weeks for playstation. Over all xbox has halo and titan fall to amazing games you will not see on the playstation. Although the xbox is more expensive you get more for what you pay for.
As an owner of an Xbox One I have to say I could have gone with a PS4 or even just sticked with my Xbox 360. Here's why. Xbox One is very similar to 360 in terms of features. The only significant new features were the inagration of the TV and Xbox. In which I have actually had issues with. The snap mode is very hard to navigate from one app to another that its almost pointless to the average user. I think if your looking for a next console, I would wait a little while for one. When you do buy one, you should get the PS4, because it has basically everything Xbox One has expect for a few minor features. Also its $100 cheaper, $10 cheaper per year and you get free games with it. Which I think is a cool little bonus gift. I feel like that Microsoft's Xbox is becoming a rip off.
@JayBonini I agree with you on the fact that the Xbox one has been a let down. I was expecting a whole lot more out of this gaming system but when I played it it felt like I was still playing a 360. When I first played the PS4 I was immediately impressed by it. The overall play of the system was incredible. I will say that both take some getting use too but I would highly recommend the PS4
